Halloween Party and pumpkin carving

Grandma Candace has a Halloween party every year. We all look forward to it!

We are minus Aliyah because she was not a super fan of costumes at this point. Belle's mom made her darling Princess Tiana dress.

I went as Flo from Progressive Insurance, Kev is a Carbon foot print, Tennyson is Darth Vader, Beckham is Optimus Prime, Karaia is a Princess, and Sanders is an Elephant

Mummy wrapping

I helped out with Karaia's class Halloween party again this year.  The kids loved sticking their hands in the boxes and being grossed out!

We had a blast carving pumpkins. This is the first year Karaia carved most of hers by herself.

While we were helping the other kids, Sanders kept filling his cleaned out pumpkin back up with pumpkin guts. It kept him happy for 20 minutes and the old kids thought it was hilarious!

They turned out pretty good. Karaia's is the Boo, Beckham's is the Monster, Tennyson's is the crazy guy, and Sanders is the traditional jack o' lantern

Karaia did pretty good for her first solo carve!
Beckham carved a large portion by himself as well

I can only see this tradition getting less and less stressful every year as the kids get older. Then maybe Kevin and I will have the energy to carve our own as well :)

Love your and Kevin's costumes! I think my favorite part of this post is the pictures of Sanders putting the guts back in his pumpkin. That is so funny! :)
