Four Months

Sanders turned four month July 2.

His stats:

13 lbs (25%)
25 inches (55%)
head 20%

That's good. He was down in the 14% at his 2 months at 10 lbs. I swear he gained the 3lbs since we switched to formula. I mean look

We've got wrinkles on the neck now!

Look at those delicious fat cheeks!

Those last pictures describe Sanders perfectly. Happy, easy going, chill baby. Completely different than the baby who was starving. From the second we switched. It was hard, but it was right for him.....for us.

He is quite skilled with his hands and loves to grab whatever lands in his little lobster claws and drag it into his mouth.

He is an excellent sleeper. Can't ask for better than that.

He LOVES watching his siblings and giggles at their craziness.

He prefers to be facing out, but loves to try and drag you into a sloppy kiss if he can get his hands just right on your face.

He is easy going and a perfect 4th child. Goes with the flow and does it with a smile.

I can't believe how lucky I am.

He is mine.

On a side note. I FINALLY finished his quilt!

He's so adorable!! Love the quilt too. I actually have all the stuff to make one but need the pattern - did you buy the pattern, or just figure it out on your own? I was going to try it on my own but not sure if I should've just bought it now.

Emilie! Your sewing skills are awesome! I was just about to ask if Emma had made that for Sanders. He is adorable! I hope my 4th is like him...we have enough energy and drama to go around!

The quilt looks great Em! I love Sanders little pudginess. He looks huge compared to Aliyah. Do you think she'll be that pudgy at 4 months?

Bianca- I read the pattern in the store and was able to memorize it. It was that easy. Let me know if you want some help getting started.

Annie- Thanks. The funny thing is Emma made Sanders one just like it (we didn't know we were making the same quilt) only with different fabric.

I know the feeling of realizing that you were basically starving your baby. We were just trying to do our very best. All is well now. Love those chubby cheeks.

That is so wierd...these are Abby's exact measurements (percentages obviously different) at her 6 month appointment. We were right, they did look the same size the other day. I think Sanders is looking great and very happy!

Em,

He is such a darling little boy...and so lucky to have three bigger munchkins to squeeze and love him.

I think you are right, fourth children are the most perfect.

You goof, Em! Like I would take the time to type a compliment I didn't really mean. :) I am so into orange right now, and I love it paired with teal. I need the pattern too! This looks like machine quilting I could actually do. :)
